Very professional and on time care
Staff who performed the ear wax removal procedure was very informative and personable.
Dr. on staff was very engaging and thorough. Also, very kind.
The Minute Clinic physician on Monday morning, May 11, at CVS Pharmacy in Apple Valley was very good -- attentive, answered my questions honestly, helped me find recommended prescription with the right dosage. I would definitely go to this Minute Clinic again.
The Provider seemed to know what he was doing, which gave me confidence and kept me calm.
All good except onsite scheduling (no email) asking for email at check in and on patient end couldn't see "checked in" status (loop on email and insurance info).
When called and appointment was made and when arrived at the appointment the cost was a huge difference. What I thought we signed up for was not what was done.

Made an appointment the night before and the doctor was on time! The waiting area was nice and open. The doctor was so nice, knowledgeable and thorough. It was good experience and I will definitely go again if needed!
